Where do you ship?
We currently ship to United States addresses. Prices are in USD.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $5.99 below a discounted merchandise subtotal of $50, and free at $50 or more. Expedited shipping is $7.99 where available.
When should I order before a trip?
Allow 5–10 business days for processing plus 10–15 business days for standard transit after dispatch. These add to an estimated 15–25 business days. There is no guaranteed expedited arrival date; email us if you have a deadline.
How do I choose a neck pillow?
Consider the visible shape, your seated position, the space around your neck and the color you prefer. Fit is individual. Read How to Choose and contact us about any detail not stated on the product page.
Are the images photographs of the delivered product?
The new collection uses AI-generated illustrative images. They are not independent verification of materials, dimensions or manufacturing details. Background accessories are not included.
Can I wash the pillow?
Follow the actual care label. Do not assume machine washing, tumble drying or a removable cover unless the product instructions confirm it.
What is the return window?
Email us within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the buyer, and the default return address is our company address in Shenzhen, China.
When is a refund processed?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Bank posting time is additional.
Can I change an order?
Email service@velorivy.com promptly with the order number. Changes and cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Does the pillow treat neck pain?
No medical or therapeutic effect is claimed. Stop using it if uncomfortable and seek appropriate professional advice for medical concerns.
