Destinations and rates

The free shipping threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping and taxes. Service availability and the final charge are shown at checkout. We currently accept delivery addresses in the United States only.

Processing plus transit

Order processing takes 5–10 business days. Standard transit takes a further 10–15 business days after dispatch. These periods are added together: estimated standard delivery is 15–25 business days from the start of processing. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Expedited shipping costs $7.99 where available. We do not promise an unverified expedited arrival date; processing time still applies. Contact us before ordering if you have a travel deadline.

Tracking and delivery information

When tracking is available, we provide it after dispatch. A carrier may take time to show its first scan. Please check your address carefully, including apartment details. Contact us promptly for changes or cancellations; a change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delays, loss and damage

Weather, carrier congestion, customs and address issues can affect estimates. If tracking is unusual or delivery exceeds the estimate, email your order number so we can investigate. For a damaged parcel or incorrect item, keep the packaging and send relevant photographs. We will review the facts and arrange an appropriate remedy; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Taxes and duties

Applicable taxes are shown at checkout where collected. Any additional import charges that apply are governed by the destination rules and will be communicated where known. Do not assume an item ships from a United States warehouse. Contact us for clarification before ordering.
