Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

Items should be unused, in their original condition, with their labels and original packaging where reasonably available. Please retain proof of purchase. Products damaged through misuse or altered after delivery may not qualify for a change-of-mind return. This does not limit rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

How to request a return

1. Email service@velorivy.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, item and reason.
2. For defects, damage or an incorrect item, describe the issue and provide photographs where reasonably possible.
3. Wait for return instructions. Pack the item securely and keep your postage receipt and tracking details.

This is our company and default return address in China. Contact us before shipping so the parcel can be identified. It is not a United States return center.

Who pays return shipping

For personal preference or change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return postage. Original shipping charges are not refunded for a change-of-mind return unless applicable law requires otherwise. For damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items, contact us first; we will assess the issue and explain the appropriate remedy and any return shipping arrangements. Do not purchase an unapproved shipping label on the assumption it will be reimbursed.

Inspection and refunds

We inspect a received return and process an approved refund within 10 business days after receipt. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear. If a return is declined, we explain the reason. Contact us if an approved refund has not appeared after the processing and bank periods.

Exchanges and cancellation

Email us for an exchange request; availability and any price difference must be checked. To cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Requests cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment begins. Mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty goods, remain unaffected.
