Using the store
Provide accurate order and contact information and use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, misuse other customers' information or infringe intellectual property. If you are not legally able to enter a purchase contract, a responsible adult must place the order.
Product information and imagery
Review the product description, price and available options before ordering. AI-generated product and lifestyle illustrations communicate a visual concept; they are not proof of independently verified physical specifications. Colors can vary with screens and lighting. Background props are not included unless expressly stated. No medical or therapeutic result is promised. Contact us if a specification is important to your decision.
Prices, payment and orders
Prices are in USD. Applicable shipping and taxes are shown at checkout. Payment methods displayed there are the available options; we do not guarantee a particular provider. An order acknowledgment records receipt and does not override any acceptance information provided during checkout. We may contact you to resolve an error, suspected fraud or an unavailable item. We will explain a cancellation and arrange any required repayment. Material price changes require your agreement before a revised order proceeds.
Shipping, cancellation and returns
The Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these terms. Processing and transit estimates are separate and added together. Cancellation or address changes must be requested promptly and cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment starts. Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Mandatory remedies remain available.
Safe and appropriate use
Use a travel neck pillow only while resting in a safe seated position. It is not protective equipment, a restraint, a medical device or a substitute for a seat belt. Do not use while driving or operating equipment. Stop use if it causes discomfort or impairs breathing or movement. Follow actual care instructions supplied with the item.
